Better Understand the Law

What if I do not have money to pay a disability lawyer?

We just love doling out great news. Here goes: You pay nothing up front and your lawyer only collects a fee if you win your case. And, then, he or she receives 25% of back payments only (and nothing from future payments.)

  • It’s a great deal because if you don’t win your case, meaning you are not eligible for SSD, you pay nothing.
  • 75% of back payments and 100% of future payments is better than nothing. You may have not received anything but for your lawyers persistence, experience, and efforts.
